The WaterBoss ProPlus 380 system uses ion exchange resin tightly packed between two polymer meshes with a 20-micron cell size, closely matching the column’s diameter. This design prevents stagnant resin volumes that don’t participate in the softening process, ensuring efficient use of the entire resin bed.
Control Controller
The WaterBoss system features an intelligent control controller that analyzes daily water consumption data throughout the week and compares it with the current day. Based on the remaining capacity of the ion exchange resin, the controller automatically decides whether to start regeneration immediately or postpone it. Setting up the controller is simple: the user only needs to enter the iron and hardness concentration in the water.
