⚙️ How It Works

1. Filtration Process

  1. Water Entry
    Incoming water flows into the system through the 1-inch inlet.

  2. Pre-filtration
    Built-in sediment filter removes sand, rust, and particles down to 20 microns.

  3. Ion Exchange
    Calcium and magnesium ions are replaced with sodium. Iron and manganese are also removed in this stage.

  4. Clean Water Output
    Softened, iron-free water is delivered to your household plumbing system.

2. Automatic Regeneration

When the resin is saturated, the Clack controller initiates regeneration:

  • Backwash — cleans the media

  • Brine draw — restores resin capacity

  • Contact pause — completes ion exchange

  • Final rinse — flushes out salt

  • Return to service

Only 2.7–4.5 kg of salt and up to 112 liters of water are required per cycle.
