Main application areas

NALCO 77202 is used as a treatment agent for water softeners, based on ion exchange resins, operating on water contaminated with iron. It is also used to clean iron contaminated resin to restore the performance of the ion exchange plant.

Dosage
The exact dosage of NALCO 77202 will vary depending on the performance of your system, the chemistry of the water and the problems present.

To protect the resin from iron contamination, use NALCO 77202 at a dosage level of 20 ml / kg of salt used.

Innings
When NALCO 77202 is used for preventive treatment, the product is added to the brine tank while it is being filled with regeneration salt and water. An operator procedure has been developed to clean up the resin.

Materials
Product storage and delivery equipment (pumps, pipelines) must be made of PE, PP, stainless steel (304b 316), PVC, nylon or EPDM. Do not use carbon steel, aluminum, BunaN, zinc or copper in contact with undiluted product.

Handling - Storage - Transport

Under normal storage conditions, the product can be stored in unopened containers for up to 12 months. Protect from freezing and high temperatures.
