The AQUAPHOR MAXFOR+ replacement cartridge provides versatile protection against the most common contaminants in tap water. Its taste and smell improves, the amount of scale decreases. The cartridge effectively reduces the content of chlorine, heavy metals, iron, pesticides, organic compounds, hardness salts and other pollutants.
MAXFOR+ contains AQUALEN, a patented ion-exchange microfiber with 33 times the surface area of traditional ion-exchange sorbents. The charcoal and microfiber filter matrix purifies the water as efficiently as possible. AQUALEN irreversibly binds heavy metal ions, incl. lead, iron, mercury.

 

Sorption enviroment of module is carbonbloc, which are based on active carbon granules Aqualen.
