How does MultiCyclone work?

The MultiCyclone is a centrifugal filtration device that saves water and reduces filter maintenance. The MultiCyclone works on the basis of centrifugal water filtration. There are no moving parts with the advantage of no wear and tear and no filter media to clean or replace.

Water flows in 16 hydrocyclones which generate a powerful centrifugal effect.
This causes dirt particles to be thrown against the hydrocyclone wall, after which they settle spirally in the dirt trap.
The filtered water moves to the center of the hydrocyclone where the flow is reversed and the water swirls upward through the outlet.
The accumulation of dirt (sediment) is easy to check via the transparent dirt trap of the MultiCyclone.
The MultiCyclone is easy to clean by opening the drain valve. Only 15 l of water is drained to rinse the MultiCyclone clean.
There are no filter media to clean or replace.
