KRAUSEN NEW LINE D-20 1600 is a flowing return water purifier with a five-stage system for drinking water. Open type filter without storage tank, equipped with a computer with LCD display, which controls and closes the entire water treatment process, and a high-capacity membrane. Produces large quantities of potable water, up to 3.9 liters per minute, and is designed for commercial applications with high water consumption.
 
The system cleans tap water from sand, rust, organochlorine compounds, dissolved iron, improves the taste of water, eliminates unpleasant odors, the water passing through the filter is enriched with oxygen.
 
The filter is easy to use, cartridges are easily changed. The built-in pressure boosting pump allows the filter to be connected to a household water supply system, even with low pressure. The pump uses up to 40% less energy without compromising efficiency. A built-in display controls membrane flushing, extending service life. The display shows the TDS value of the running water to monitor the water quality.
 
The reverse osmosis unit consists of 5 filters. The first three filters are standard and serve for coarse mechanical water purification, and also protect the membrane, increasing its service life. The service life of these filters is 6 months with a resource of 6,000 liters. The main filter in the system is a reverse osmosis membrane, it is this membrane that does not let in any tiny particles, including viruses and bacteria, while it is automatically washed and therefore lasts up to 5 years. The last post-filter is used to improve the taste of the water. Replace every 12-18 months.
 
Cleaning principle:
Stage 1 is designed to remove mechanical particles and suspensions with a diameter of 5-15 microns. The mechanical pre-cleaning cartridge is made of twisted or expanded polypropylene. The service life of the cartridge is 4-6 months.
 
Stage 2 removes chlorine and its compounds, organic substances, gases and odors, improves taste and color. The cartridge contains granular activated carbon. The service life of the cartridge is 4-6 months.
 
Stage 3 is intended for water purification from organochlorine compounds and mechanical impurities up to 1-5 microns in size or a fine filter cartridge from mechanical impurities 1-5 microns. This additional stage allows better protection of the membrane, extending the life of the membrane. Compressed activated carbon cartridge. Service life 6-9 months.
 
Stage 4 is the main element of water purification by reverse osmosis - a membrane. It is a semi-permeable material through which only water and oxygen molecules can pass. The operation of the membrane is organized in such a way that all contaminants entering it do not settle on its surface, but are washed off into the sewer. The service life of the cartridge is 12-24 months.
 
Stage 5 - a cartridge based on granular carbon - a carbon post-filter that improves the taste of water. Service life 9-12 months.
