Lewatit Mixed Bed NM 60 Ion Exchange Resin, 25 L – for Water Demineralization
Lewatit NM 60 is a high-quality mixed bed resin composed of cation and anion exchange resins in an equivalent ratio, designed for complete water demineralization. Suitable for applications requiring ultra-pure water, including laboratories, steam generators, aquariums, and industrial processes.
Lewatit Mixed Bed NM 60 is a ready-to-use ion exchange media consisting of a strongly acidic cation exchange resin in the hydrogen form (H⁺) and a strongly basic anion exchange resin in the hydroxide form (OH⁻). This mixture ensures the highest removal rate of dissolved salts, minerals, and ions, producing water with extremely low conductivity (down to 0.1–0.2 μS/cm).
Applications include:
-
Production of demineralized (deionized) water
-
Final polishing after reverse osmosis systems
-
Laboratory and medical purposes
-
Boiler and steam generator feed water preparation
-
Water treatment for aquariums and industrial equipment
✅ Advantages:
-
Very high purification efficiency – treated water conductivity ≤ 0.2 μS/cm
-
Ready-to-use mixed bed of cation and anion resins
-
Fast and effective regeneration
-
Compatible with various types of filtration columns
-
German quality with consistent performance
