ℹ️ Reverse Osmosis Process
Reverse osmosis is the most advanced water purification technology. Thanks to the semi-permeable membrane, it effectively removes almost all harmful impurities, including bacteria and viruses. The pore size of the membrane is 200 times smaller than viruses and 4000 times smaller than bacteria, ensuring exceptional water purity.

ℹ️Filtration principle
The system separates incoming water into two streams:

Purified water (permeate) – safe for consumption.
Concentrate – contains retained impurities and is discharged to the drain.

The RObust 3000 MAX model is equipped with two Ecosoft reverse osmosis membranes, which not only guarantee high water quality but also significantly increase system capacity. This allows for a continuous flow of purified water without a storage tank.

✔️Smart and convenient design
The filter is equipped with an intuitive connection panel with clear pictograms for ease of use. Special indicators monitor system operation and signal the need for cartridge replacement. Automatic protection prevents the pump from running dry, increasing reliability and service life.

RObust 3000 MAX is intended for cold water purification only.

¹ At inlet water temperature +25 °C and TDS 250 ppm, deviation ±10 %.
² If water pressure is below the minimum, a booster pump is recommended; if above the maximum – a pressure regulator is required.
³ At inlet water temperature +20…+30 °C, purification efficiency decreases while capacity increases (purified water TDS rises). Use at temperatures above +30 °C is not recommended.

✔️ Pressure control
The front panel contains two pressure gauges:

Inlet pressure gauge – shows pressure after the pre-filters.
Pump pressure gauge – shows pressure after the membrane block.

The panel shows recommended pressure values and troubleshooting tips. If pressure drops below normal – follow the instructions for diagnostics.

ℹ️ Cartridge and membrane replacement

Pre-filters – after filtering 40,000 L of water or every 6 months.
If pressure after the pre-filters drops below 1 bar, they may be clogged. Timely replacement prevents membrane damage and prolongs its service life.

Reverse osmosis membranes – after filtering 70,000 L of water or at least once a year if filtration speed decreases.

If the filter is not used for more than 2 weeks, it must be disinfected before resuming operation (procedure described in the manual).
