ℹ️ Filtration technology
The main element of the RObust 1500 ECO filter is the reverse osmosis membrane, which ensures perfect water quality. The membrane retains even the smallest particles, including viruses and bacteria, allowing only water molecules to pass through.
To extend the service life of the membrane, the system is equipped with pre-filters (CHV3ECO set):
- Mechanical cartridge 5 µ – retains large particles such as sand and rust.
- Granular activated carbon (GAC) cartridge – removes chlorine and its compounds, improves the taste and smell of water.
- Pressed activated carbon (CTO) cartridge – effectively removes chlorine, organic compounds, petroleum products, phenols, pesticides, and also improves the taste, smell, and color of water.
✔️ Compact design and high performance
The RObust 1500 ECO is even more compact than the previous version while providing higher performance. This allows it to deliver a stable flow of purified water for business and home use while taking up minimal space. The RObust 1500 system is designed only for cold tap water purification.
The panel is equipped with two pressure gauges:
Inlet pressure gauge – shows the pressure after the pre-filters.
Pump pressure gauge – shows the pressure after the membrane block.
If the pressure drops below the recommended level, follow the instructions on the panel.
ℹ️ Replacement intervals for filter elements:
Pre-filters – after filtering 5,000 liters of water or at least once every 3 months (to prevent membrane damage).
Reverse osmosis membrane – after filtering 40,000 liters of water or at least once a year if the filtration rate decreases.
It is recommended to replace all cartridges as a set.
*Downtime maintenance
If the system is not used for more than 2 weeks, it must be disinfected before restarting (procedure described in the manual).
