Each column has its own control unit, which is responsible for the filtration and regeneration modes. In this case, the control units are electrically connected to a special valve, which closes the water outlet from the filter located on the regeneration. Regeneration of each of the filters is carried out alternately as necessary. At the time of regeneration, only one of the filters works, therefore, during the regeneration, the performance of the entire system drops by half.
