Kit Composition "RO2":
1st stage of cleaning (PP cartridge). Resource of 20,000 liters.
2nd stage of cleaning (SHS cartridge). Resource 7000 liters.
3rd stage of cleaning (SHS cartridge). Resource 7000 liters.
4th stage of cleaning (Membrane 50 gallon). The resource is 1.5-2 years.
5th stage of cleaning (Carbon post-filter). Resource 1 year.
6th cleaning step (Mineralizer). Resource 1 year.
Purpose of a set of cartridges:
1st stage of cleaning.
Cartridges of mechanical cleaning PP completely remove from the water insoluble particles more than 5 microns (sand, rust, sludge and more). Made of foamed polypropylene of a special structure - the density of the fibers in the cartridge gradually increases from the outer surface to the inside. As a result, larger particles are removed first, and then all smaller ones. Thus, the most complete use of the entire filter volume is achieved. Therefore, PP cartridges are more efficient and have a longer resource than cartridges with a uniform porous structure. Cartridge Made of foamed polypropylene.
2nd and 3rd stages of cleaning.
SHS - a cartridge of pressed activated carbon, created using carbon-block technology. It is made only of natural sorbent - high-quality coconut activated carbon. Due to the porosity of 10 μm, water is purified from mechanical particles. The SHS cartridge effectively cleans chlorine, organics and chlorine organics, pesticides, petroleum products, phenol, cysts of bacteria Cryrtosporidiurn and Griardia. When filtering water, its taste, color and smell are qualitatively improved.
Cartridges created using carbon-block technology have a higher sorption ability and resistance to bacterial reproduction than conventional granular coal. The high quality and efficiency of the SHS cartridge is confirmed by the NSF certificate (the most reputable independent international organization that certifies health products and services).
4th stage (reverse osmosis membrane 50 gallon).
Membrane ULP1812-50 GPD - Vontron is a replaceable roll reverse osmosis element for ultrafine water purification from dissolved impurities, hardness salts, organic and microbiological contaminants (size from 0.0001 microns).
5th stage (carbon post-filter).
The carbon post-filter is used for the post-treatment and conditioning of water purified by a reverse osmosis system. It removes extraneous smacks and odors that may appear during prolonged storage of water in the accumulator (tank for filtered water). For Geyser Prestige models with a production date before January 2014, it is recommended to purchase a carbon post-filter with fittings for connection.
6th step (mineralizer).
Mineralizer B (RO) is intended for enrichment with useful mineral salts (magnesium and calcium) and microelements of water purified by reverse osmosis system. The mineralizer is not subject to recovery, after the end of the resource is replaced by a new one.
