Composition of the Set "Geyser N1":
1st cleaning stage (PP cartridge). Resource 20000 liters.
2nd cleaning stage (BAF Cartridge). Resource 12000 liters.
3rd cleaning stage (CBC cartridge). Resource 7000 liters.
4th stage of purification (Nanomembrane). Resource 1.5-2 years.
5th stage of cleaning (Coal filter). Resource 1 year.
Purpose of a set of cartridges:
1st stage cleaning.
PP mechanical cleaning cartridges completely remove insoluble particles larger than 5 microns from water (sand, rust, silt, etc.). Made of expanded polypropylene of a special structure - the density of the fibers in the cartridge gradually increases from the outer surface to the inner. As a result, larger particles are removed first, and then smaller ones. Thus, the most complete use of the entire volume of the filter material is achieved. Therefore, PP cartridges are more efficient and have a longer resource than cartridges with a uniform porous structure. Cartridge Made of expanded polypropylene.
2nd stage (BAF cartridge).
It is intended for purification of drinking water and can be used as a single-stage filter, and as part of a trio at the 2nd and 3rd stages. Effectively removes: solid particles, chlorine, organochlorine compounds, benzene, phenol, organic compounds, petroleum products, pesticides, iron, copper, manganese, mercury, heavy metal ions, turbidity, color, unpleasant tastes and odors, bacteria and certain viruses. The main purpose is water purification from residual chlorine, organic compounds and iron at a content of up to 2 mg / l. Universal cartridge - maintains efficiency with an average daily water consumption of 7 liters for 300 days and has an operating life without clogging -12,000 liters.
3rd stage (CBC cartridge).
The CBC cartridge is made of coconut activated carbon, created using carbon block technology. It has a greater sorption capacity than granular coal. This cartridge well purifies water from chlorine, improves the taste, color and smell of water. Porosity 10 µm (in addition, 0.6 µm porosity is available).
4th stage (nanofiltration membrane).
The nanofiltration membrane removes most of the impurities, bacteria and viruses from the water, while the purification from hardness salts does not occur completely, which makes it possible to preserve the natural mineral composition of the water. Decreased hardness 75-80%.
5th stage (coal filter).
The carbon post-filter is used for post-treatment and conditioning of water purified by a reverse osmosis system. Removes foreign tastes and odors that may appear during long-term storage of water in a hydraulic accumulator (tank for filtered water). For Geyser Prestige models with a production date before January 2014, it is recommended to purchase a carbon post-filter with fittings for connection.
