SF 1354 complex purification filter - a column type model for purifying water from iron, manganese ions, and also hardness ions. A comprehensive water purification filter based on SF filling is proposed.
The principle of operation of this filter is based on the adsorption of ions of iron, manganese, calcium and magnesium, as well as organic substances on the filter layer of the installation. The filtering layer of the installation consists of 5 specially selected ion-exchange resins, passing through them, the water is purified from various pollutants.
The resins that make up the SF are selected in such a way that during the operation of the installation they are arranged in layers, which is due to their density distribution. Thus, water, passing through the resin layers, is cleaned of various pollutants. In the upper layers, in the first place, those ions are removed that adversely affect the following layers, thereby prolonging the service life of the filter layer. Sodium chloride (NaCl) is used for periodic resin regeneration. Water treatment plant is a fully automated system with almost no user intervention. The only manual operation is to fill the salt in the brine tank.
