Module B7 (B100-7) retains the original mineral composition of water. It will suit you if you have soft water (there is no scale in the kettle, the water hardness is up to 2 µV / liter). In soft water, the taste and aroma of the ingredients are better disclosed, so it is preferable to cook on it. If scale in the kettle is your main problem, we recommend choosing a B6 (B100-6) softening module or a stationary reverse osmosis filter.
