WaterMax is a flagship of the water purification of WaterBoss series. The system is distinguished from other models by presence of:
► Additional capacity for the second sorbent,
► Bacteriostatic additive, ► Additional capacity for the second sorbent,
► Expanded processor capabilities.
Now you can effectively remove nitrates,free chlorine and organic impurities,along with softening and deironing of the water. In addition to the 30 liter compartment with ion exchange resin, this filter has an additional 15 liter compartment, which can be filled in with one or the other sorbent depending on the water compound and your preferences. Besides from it, due to the use of technology Bakteristat©, the growth of microorganisms inside the filter housing is inhibited.
As in systems WaterBoss, the size of the ion-exchange resin granules of a Fine class,used in the system Aquaphor WaterMax, significally less small resin granules used in standard water-softners, which means that, the top of the conact of the resin with the water, with the same volume, in Aquaphor WaterMax is way more, which significally impacts the ion-exchange resin process cinetics,speeding them up.
This advantage is made due to patented flow distribution system , where ion-exchange resin is compressed between the two 20mcm meshes. This solution allows to get some more addittional competitive advantages:
1.Reduce the consumption of salt, water and time on regeneration.
2.Make the most of the working volume of the filter. Due to the absence of stagnant zones, the ion exchange resin in Aquaphor WaterMax is used at 100%.
3.Protect the ion-exchange resin from suspensions and mechanical impurities.
As the WaterBoss systems,systems Aquaphor WaterMax have a unique regeneration algorythm. A built in controller collects the data about the actual water consumption by days of the week. After,it compares them with the data of consumption of the following day. Taking into account the leftover resource of the resin, the controller makes a decision – to start regeneration in a present time or postpone it for future. Microprocessor has an autonomus power supply, due to which all the settings made are saved, and if there is a power outage for less than a day, the current time will not need to be adjusted.
