NALCO PC-11 improves system efficiency by reducing differential pressure and increasing permeate yield. Provides a fast-acting rinse program and comprehensive cleaning in combination with reagents such as PermaClean® PC-99.

Using
PermaClean PC-11 is designed for use in reverse osmosis systems as a biocide.

Dosage
The required dosage of PermaClean PC-11 will depend on the contamination of the water and the specific site conditions. The product must be dosed into the system prior to equipment in which biology growth can occur.

Your Nalko representative will be responsible for recommending the optimal dosage level that will ensure the program is performing at its best for your specific system conditions.

Innings
PermaClean PC-11 must be dispensed through a closed dispensing system.
A closed dispensing system is defined as a system in which a product is transferred from a closed storage vessel to treated water without being exposed to the atmosphere, except in the case of normal ventilation or pressure relief.
Do not dose into heavily contaminated systems. Sediments and fouling must be removed using an appropriate cleaning program.

Materials
Storage and application equipment (pumps and lines) must be made of PVC, polyethylene or Teflon.
Do not use aluminum, brass, carbon steel or stainless steel in contact with clean product.

Appeal
Personal protective equipment such as goggles and rubber gloves is recommended as a standard precaution.
Use the MSDS as the only official source of safety and environmental information.
Protect from freezing and high temperatures.
The product can be stored for a minimum of 6 months from the date of shipment, provided that the original unopened container is intact and under normal storage conditions.

PermaClean PC-11 is available in non-returnable containers and PORTA-FEED containers of various sizes.
