The coal insert is used to condition water: remove odors, flavors, organics and other impurities. Contains high quality coconut activated carbon. The shorter insert length allows it to be placed in an Aragon cartridge with a trace element dispenser. Replacing the insert is recommended at least 1 time in 6 months.
